jeans tee shirt
A tutu and combat boots.
Eastern Orthodox Churches are *very* traditional. So formal clothing all the way.
They dress like stuffed olives.
Modest clothes, some of them prefer skirt over pants and covered head(with headscarf)
…”something” with a “flap” in the back (for easy access)
From what I remember yrs ago they wore a either a skirt or a simple dress and no head scarf unless they were older women like 70 or 80 yrs old.
Dress conservatively — long dress (not a formal gown), long sleeves or a sweater. Low/flat heels. Since it’s Pascha, bright colors are OK. Keep a scarf in your purse — if you see more than a few women covering their heads, do so. Greeks, though, tend not to use scarves.
Christos Anesti (kree-STOHs ah-NEST-ee = Christ is Risen). The response is Alithos Anesti (all-ee-THOHS ah-NEST-ee = Truly He is Risen) .
Blessings.
