Those of the Orthodox Church if your referring to the Greek or Russian or those in communion with those Churches each have there own heads that work in co-operation with the Bishops. But there are also Orthodox Churches in Communion with the Catholic church where as the Pope has the final say. Not sure if this info helped but i hope it did and by the way the Eastern Orthodox Churches(greek, russian) are in talks with Rome for possible re-unification.

No! He does not report to the Pope, nor is he called the Greek Pope.
His title is The Metropolitan. The Greek and Russian Orthodox churches are schismatic churches. Their Priests, Bishops and the sacraments are valid.

Head of the Greek Orthodox in the United States is:

His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios

And he reports to:

Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I Who is the Archbishop of Constantinople – New Rome and Ecumenical Patriarch, and thus “first among equals” in the Eastern Orthodox Communion, since 2 November 1991. He is thus the spiritual leader of 300 million Orthodox Christians around the world.

And he reports to:

GOD (The Orthodox Church considers Jesus Christ to be the head of the Church)

Love in Christ
